Programs Offered
One on One Personal Training:
With your personal trainer as your guide, you will be expertly motivated to stay on track to your fitness goals and to use the best in fitness to get there.
Individualized Nutrition Coaching:
Depending on your commitment to the program, you will receive bi-monthly or monthly nutrition guidance that fits YOUR lifestyle. With new, EASY recipes, and healthy snack suggestions, you will be provided with a comprehensive program that works.
Semi-Private Classes:
Allowing for the flexibility to train with more than one person, you can train with a partner or two and work together to reach your fitness goals. You will be provided with monthly wellness check-ins and nutrition guidance as needed.
Travel Workouts:
Whether in town or out of town, your training never stops! When you are a personal training client you will be provided with complimentary individualized training programs that you can complete anywhere you travel.

Summer is upon us, which means it’s time to work it out to rock it out all season long! Join San Francisco personal trainer Melissa as she teaches you fun, heart-pumping moves to keep you looking Summer fit. You’ll use your own bodyweight in a strength and cardio-based interval class lasting 45 minutes. Focusing on targeted fat-burning muscle groups, and isolated joint mechanics you’ll get a kick-butt workout and learn a thing or two in the process. You’ll need a yoga mat, a water bottle, and most importantly a fabulous attitude! Let’s go!
